first_imgA woman who was caught speeding excessively – and who subsequently failed to pay her fixed penalty notice, has been fined €350.Francis Wray, 34, with an address at 3 Scotstown Road, Chady, Strabane appeared at a sitting of Letterkenny District Court this morning.
